This lively group meets on the second Tuesday of every month at Strete Mount’s communal lounge, and here are some of the things that the group discuss:
- Changes to policies and procedures
- Community initiatives
- Environmental issues
- Feedback about service delivery including customer satisfaction levels
- Ideas and suggestions about service improvements.
- Information leaflets
- Performance against targets
