The Right To Buy Scheme is a statutory scheme that is Government led.

Twynham Housing Association administers the scheme for those tenants who have the Preserved Right To Buy, which means tenants who transferred with their property from Christchurch Borough Council to the Association on 29 March 1991. Any subsequent moves within the Association's stock do not affect this position.
