The Resident Services team deals with all aspects of tenancy management (but not the collection of rent).

Within the team we have a Resident Services Manager, Senior Resident Services Officer, 4 Resident Services Officers a team Administrator.

The team deal with the following issues:

• Anti Social Behaviour
• Liaison with external agencies (ASB and other tenancy matters)
• Administer the internal Mutual exchange register
• General tenancy / management issues
• Enforcement of tenancy conditions and representation in Court
• Succession of tenancies
• Abandoned Properties / illegal occupiers
• Legal action in respect of Non access for Gas
• Mutual Exchanges
• Right to Buy
• Right to enquire
• Shared Ownership
• General queries on Long Leaseholders and breaches of the lease
• Settling in visits
• Tenancy reviews
• Incentive to Move
• Viewings and Sign ups
• Weekly visits to Sheltered Tenants
