

The Resident Services team deals with all aspects of tenancy management (but not the collection of rent).
Within the team we have a Resident Services Manager, Senior Resident Services Officer, 4 Resident Services Officers a team Administrator.
The team deal with the following issues:
- Anti Social Behaviour
- Liaison with external agencies (ASB and other tenancy matters)
- Administer the internal Mutual exchange register
- General tenancy / management issues
- Enforcement of tenancy conditions and representation in Court
- Succession of tenancies
- Abandoned Properties / illegal occupiers
- Legal action in respect of Non access for Gas
- Mutual Exchanges
- Right to Buy
- Right to enquire
- Shared Ownership
- General queries on Long Leaseholders and breaches of the lease
- Settling in visits
- Tenancy reviews
- Incentive to Move
- Viewings and Sign ups
- Weekly visits to Sheltered Tenants
