Our performance
We measure our performance against a number of performance standards, which all housing associations are judged on. We report our performance to the Housing Corporation (our regulator) and to our customers.
We set targets each year so that we can measure how we are performing. Our high level indicators are shown here.

The Housing Corporation uses this information so that it can be confident that housing associations are well-managed; deliver government policy objectives; are worthy of further investment; and are working towards continuous improvement. Data collected is used, for example, in regulation and investment decision-making, research and publications.
