The Leasing Team operates a scheme that works in conjunction with local authorities to encourage owners of empty properties to lease them to the Association to provide temporary accommodation for the homeless, as identified by the individual local authorities.

A specialist team, Leasing carries out all functions relating to its housing stock, including the daily management of all the properties (just under 300 at the present time) including:

• Property take-ons/hand-backs and associated administration
• Day-to-day maintenance in accordance with the lease
• Tenancy and property management and administration
