The Income Recovery team deal with all aspects of Debt Management, with an emphasis on debts owing through:

• Owned and leased housing stock
• Garages Leasehold properties
• Homeless Accommodation
• DIYSO properties

They also deal with recharges made by the Association and all debts owed by former residents.

The team are also able to offer advice and assistance to anyone with a query or a specific difficulty relating to payments due to Twynham.
