The overall Housing Services section deals with all aspects of Estate Management, property allocation and the management of each individual resident’s tenancy and the surrounding environment. (where the land is owned by Twynham).

The section was recently created as an umbrella to encompass all the individual teams that deal with managing residents’ tenancies and to streamline our services, avoiding unnecessary duplication and greater cooperation between staff – the ultimate aim being to improve Customer Service.

Within Housing Services there are teams dealing with specific issues, forming a clear first point of contact for resident enquiries.
